Camp Cook/Red Seal

Like a challenge?  How do 80 hungry people at each sitting grab you? We are seeking an enthusiastic cook to head up the camp kitchen using our professional grade kitchen to prepare and serve meals for our residential summer camp(s). You will have a team of 4 food-safe certified youth to assist in preparation and cleanup and will be responsible for the oversight of the meal plan ensuring meals are healthy and balanced, catering for specific dietary needs and preparing and serving breakfast and dinner. Lunch will be a packed lunch, which you will oversee and will be prepared by youth helpers.

This is a full-time, residential position for the duration of the summer camp (usually 6 full days).

This is a contract position.
